Postage and Packaging
Postage and packaging charges from John's Shoes are as stated on the checkout page for individual products per order.
Orders will normally be dispatched within 5 working days and your credit / debit card will be charged after 3 working days, If an item is out of stock we will advise you of this and give an estimate of when we expect it back in. If we are unable to deliver the item to you in a reasonable time limit and you decide to cancel the order we will give you a full refund.
Please note that a signature is required on delivery.
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with any product, provided it has not been worn (except for initial fitting) you can return it in its original box with all labels still attached within 14 days of receipt for an immediate refund of the cost of the product.
If you just require an exchange of colour or size etc we will need to receive an email from you stating your requirements and also your permission for us to take the extra postage charge from your card to enable us to send the exchanged item to you.
Please note that we do not refund the postage costs.
Please ensure when returning shoes to us that you use a method that requires proof of posting at least, or ideally insurance. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. The goods are your responsibility until received by us.
